A perfect bio is a subjective term – Gunjan Shah.

It was the winds of autumn in 2013, that had just started chiming in. Gunjan, a purposeless college guy, had accidentally stumbled upon a discarded newspaper. An article in it sang the melodies of a popular monsoon waterfall nearby.

His senses were suddenly hacked to that one piece of paper. He strangely felt a growing urge inside, and his curiosity got the better half of him. For the very first time in life, he decided to step out of his everyday radar!

In those days, words like ‘discover’ and ‘experience’ still held the meaning to its purest form. Upon witnessing the falls, its fragments showered over him and penetrated through his reluctant layer of skin, painlessly. He got instantly drowned into a sense of liberty that was never tasted before. It drugged his soul and turned him into a travel addict ever since. It led to the inception of countless journeys that followed.

As IBN Bhutta, the great explorer, has tastefully scripted, “travelling leaves you speechless and turns you into a storyteller.”

That’s exactly how the sentence wrapped itself around him. Words gave him the power to express himself and turned him into a writer.

But Gunjan did not just stop here. He went ahead to help other outdoor lovers to discover places by operating tours, leading hikes, and managing events for a bunch of like-minded explorers.

Over the years, he has learned to strive for excellence, be creative, accept failures and stay inquisitive.

In 2018, he switched to a completely different path by starting his own venture into waste management and sustainability. That’s where the meaning of the website name ‘Green’ Music Traveller comes in. Get it? ………Get it?

PS – Ignore the music part, he is a terrible guitar player I tell you.
